Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Learning DEN platform at learningdenai.comoperated by Learning DEN (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Learning DEN platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Learning DEN is intended for use by school students and their teachers. By using the platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 10 years of age, or are using the platform under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher.
• If you are a teacher, you have the authority to enrol students under your account.
• You will provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@learningdenai.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Learning DEN only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not:

• Upload content that is offensive, illegal, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
• Use the platform to generate content for purposes other than your own study or teaching.
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the platform in any way that could harm, disable, or impair its operation.

5. AI-Generated Content

Learning DEN uses AI to generate study materials, quizzes, summaries, and feedback. This content is provided for educational assistance only. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should always verify important information with authoritative sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

6. Certificates

Certificates issued through the Teacher Portal are generated based on information provided by the issuing teacher. Learning DEN acts as the platform for issuance and verification; the teacher or institution is responsible for the accuracy of the information on the certificate. Certificates are verifiable at learningdenai.com/verify using the credential ID printed on the document.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Learning DEN platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Learning DEN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Learning DEN a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use that content solely for the purpose of providing you with the platform’s services.

8. Credits & Subscriptions

Certain features of the platform require credits or an active subscription. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learning DEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
